Decision no. 26 of 28.05.2020 details a series of provisions to relax the measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic ordered during the state of alert, starting from June 1 this year.
The measures cover the following areas of interest: the organization of sports competitions and training activities, the organization of outdoor events, road and rail transport regime conditions, access to beaches and, respectively, access to terraces.
Some of the relaxation measures in brief.
Starting from June 1, the following are allowed to be organized and carried out:
- organization and deployment sports competitions outdoors, without a spectator*.
- organizing and conducting, in indoor or outdoor pools, a physical training activities of professional athletes and sports competitions, without the participation of spectators.
- the carrying out, by professional athletes, of physical training activities in closed spaces, respecting the rules of distance between participants, so as to ensure a minimum of 7 square meters/person*.
* except for contact sports
- performances, concerts, other outdoor cultural events, as well as public and private festivals, with the participation of no more than 500 spectators with seats on chairs at a distance of at least 2 meters from each other.
Also, starting from June 1:
- the restrictions/bans on the movement of people outside the city/metropolitan area are lifted.
- the international rail and road transport of people through regular services is resumed, special regular services and occasional services in international traffic, for all trips made by transport operators from and to Romania.
- preparation is allowed, the sale and consumption of food products and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the specially designated spaces arranged outside the buildings, in the open air, ensuring a distance of at least 2 m between tables and the participation of a maximum of 4 people at a table, if they are from different families, and respecting sanitary protection measures.
- the access of people to the beaches it is carried out only with the mandatory provision of sunbeds for each person present, the provision of a distance of at least 2 m between the sunbeds that are used by people from different families and in compliance with the prevention rules.
- the organization of drive-in shows, the occupants of a car being members of the same family.
